15 cork. Astronomical amounts of oak. Tons of funks, mild Acetic prescence (more pops up the longer its open) regular 13/15 gueze far exceeds this in quality. Drink super cold and drink fast. This declines the less carb it has and the more warm it is

A true Lambic that could stay in the bottle until 2035, but we uncorked it early and it's my favorite Cantillon, especially not being a sour fan.

Under the cap between the cork was crazy funky. Beer was alright. I would recommend if you got one to drink is sooner than later. 3.9
