Smell pasmal vinaigre/mineral (vieu quai comme dirsit franky) , mais en bouche vrm nice. Bcp sur le fruit, vinous et grapey, acidité et tartness tres moderée. Beau funk et belle balance

Cantillon open getrokken met wat Portugese vrienden. Wat blijft Cantillon toch een prachtige brouwerij. Heerlijk subtiel zuur, mooi afgeronde tannines. Mijn favorite bier allertijde.

First Lambik from tap in 2021 - great! Tart, vinous, sour cherries, funky, bready aftertaste, almonds, touch of cinnamon. Feel like in heaven! 🤩

Well... about as comlex and delightful as you'd expect. Dark berry, grape must, intense sour and that trademark barn funk.

Un peu plus de raisin en premièr plan. Le funk cantillon est bien présent. God damn que cest bon.
