Lambic - Traditional

A classic, specially selected single batch of lambic, aged three years in the cask. The only unblended real lambic you can find anywhere. Store and serve at cellar temperature (50-55F/10-13C). Do not serve cold! Pour gently (leaving behind the yeast sediment) into a wine glass. Bottled 01 February 2022

Still lambic and a very unique canti. White whine grapes with a beautifully complex woody component. Round, peppery, bitter and dark with a spicy finish. Drink still lambic and stay unblended 😎#nattywine
