A real special one from Cantillon, what a beer this is, a lovely lambic with a mainly sour juicy undertone, a nice tart mouthfeel oozing with wheaty goodness. A great example of a spontaneous fermentation brew🍺🔥

Na de paella workshop toch nog even het flesje gaan halen wat mij al heel de week aan kijkt. En of ik daar geen spijt van heb. De mooiste geuze die ik op heb, wat een smaak, steenfruit en heerlijk funky 🥰

Flink zuur, smaak van appel en grapefruit. In de afdronk kenmerkende bitter van de gisting. Heerlijk volle en gebalanceerde smaak, zuur blijft lang hangen voordat de bitter doordringt.

Balanced sourness and tartness. Good amount of oakiness. Earthy. Dry, apple cider-like flavors. Somewhat musty. Well balaced gueuze. Love it!

I was very anxious to try this beer from this brewery. A special thank you to my friend Randy who hauled it back from Belgium for me. Strong Belgium yeast notes and very tart. A little too much for me and impossible to judge.

Downgraded somewhat. Doesn’t feel quite as rich as I recall. Appely, tart, soft and with a good amount of bitterness.

Laranja clara, espuma rapida. Notas de frutas e estábulos, acidez presente. Boa carbonatação. Harmonizou muito bem com um queijo bem forte, cremoso e maturado (Jorjão)
