Ok on fini la semaine sur une très bonne note ! Magnifique bière avec un nez agressif fruité. En bouche c’est cidreux avec de l’acidité. Ça pétille sur la langue. Top 👍

Bue 18 mois après l'achat, très bonne évolution. Finement acide et bien pétillante, on a tombé la bouteille à deux !

Go-to-spul dit. Een van de beste geuzes die er is wat mij betreft. Prachtig in balans. Veel hooi en lekker kruidig. Fruitige tonen maken het af. Klein zuurtje over de tong.

Matured aroma which must have been pungent originally. Dried apricots and apples from last season in a cellar with all those musty and leathery undertones. Composed taste of sour and tart stone fruits. Lemony/acidic finish. Delightful!
