Pleasant funk, sweet white wine, and acid on the aroma. Tart orchard fruit, oak, slight astringency, bright flavors, refreshing

Beautiful beer. Tart, smallest amount of funk / hay but really dominated by the acidity

Beim heiligen Gral der Gueuze...ist immer noch nicht mein Stil. Hätte eine 3,75 gegeben, möchte den Schnitt aber nicht runterziehen.

A very rare treat. Some of the best lambic funk at non-mind wiping ABV. Taste of apricots / nectarines mid-pallet. Some tealike astringency in the finish. Delicious!

Forgot to log this earlier. Amazing to see Cantillon on tap! This was on tap, the bottle is purely for the pic as the pump clip was handwritten. A great brew with lemon approaching sherbet lemon.

Morbida, acido moderato ma presente, più al palato che al naso. Equilibrata, di facile beva. Molto gradevole

Yesterday backlog A classic, pretty young, predominant apple 🍏, pretty tart, a tad funk, all good 👌

Ølkalender #23. Very nice! Sour but not punch-in-the-face sour, lovely balance

La bière aura voyagé mais ça valait le coup. Joli petite gueuze bien acidulée. Joli petit nez sur la levure

A fine way to start a winter holiday in Belgium. Tour in Cantillon including tasting.

Sour funk nose. Lively carb. Slightly acetic but not overly sour. Delicate funk and wood. Little one dimensional, slightly too full. Looking fwd to reading this after my next one in a year or two.
