Excellent as expected. Blend of 9 different white grape pomaces & 2 year old lambic. Wonderfully bright & complex.

We’re accumulating friends! The UK via Vancouver acquaintance we made last night at Moeder joined us with our new Dublin friend who courted us to share bottles. Beer is always better with people.

扎实的后段，酸臭感不重，很柔和的入口体验，果汁感饱满，单宁感有点类似于香槟，放了10分钟后，冰片和一些些草本的感觉明显，后段甜感更加饱满
