Poivre léger qui s’écrase sur le palais. On sent le sureau long en bouche qui laisse un côté sucré léger très agréable Étonnant de sentir le poivre avec le petit ratio

Interesting, pepper gives this vintage distinctive flavour. But I really would enjoy this more without extra flavour.

스파이시, 약간 페퍼리, 약간 모카의 느낌, 파프리카, 풀 약간 매운 후추 느낌이 목을 간질 입에 살짝 남는 산미 좋고 드라이, earthy 펑키함은 거의 안 느껴짐

Le poivre du barrel vien caché le cornichon du sureau , cest , pour moi, beaucoup meilleur que la batch OG . Tres plaisante a deguster avec le fromage et charcuterie. Pas de coté vinaigré/mariné comme dhabitude dans les fresh mamouche

Boosted by pepper thing from the Zwanze 2002 is a good thing, but it cut down a little the elderflowers taste. Anyway the mix works and I think it will be even better in a year or two. Earthy, lemony. Great simplicity and balance. 4.40

Say the line Levyn: 'Wow, de peper is erg waarneembaar'. Echter had ik liever gehad dat dit een bier was onder een andere naam. Mamouche is fris/bloemig. Deze totaal niet.

Definitely pepper on nose and taste, takes the lead on the elderflower, final result is really nice tho 😋👌

The 50 L. Zwanze '22 Cantillon added to this Mamouche is clearly present.

It's unique with the Zwanze blend in this vintage but I would still rather have both beers separately
