Floral lambic with Zwanze 2022 addition (~3%). Nice but preference is for Poivre de gorillas(Zwanze 2022).

Aroma is elderflower pressé with elderflower & cracked pink peppercorns floating on top; taste is earthy, floral, aromatic elderflower, and cracked green & pink peppercorns, tangy lime jelly lactic brightness, little discernible funk; perfumed pepper end.

O kurczaki, czuć ten pieprz! Mimo tego, za dużo tego bzu, robi się lekko mdło, skojarzenia biegną w stronę płynu do mycia naczyń. W dodatku tutaj wychodzi najwięcej octu. Niemniej, pije się dobrze.
