Funk, boisé, le cognac ressort le +, un peu rhum.. finale plus sucrée, limite notes amande/cerise, c’est bien bon! Une heure après, c’etait plus rond, plus sur le cognac

I had some problems with the fridge and I tasted it a bit too cold (check the picture), but still it is a wonderfull beer ! I am really looking to try it again in the perfect conditions ! 😂😂

Oak a straw on the nose. Starts dry, but finishes with a rounded juiciness from the barrel aging. Gets better as it goes on.

This one has Marsala and rum besides Armagnac, the result is round, less funky that a usual lambic, with an aroma of green apples, tons of barrel that enhance the lambic, and it's a slight sweet finish that may be due to the rum.

Absolutely rich barrels. Woody, nutty, slightly boozy. Cognac, rum. Delicate sweetness, vanilla. Wild, acidic, tart. Malty, grainy base. Moldy. Apple, pear. Leathery. Robust. Elegant. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, low carb. So impressive. Beautiful.

2021 год. К коньяку добавилась марсала и ром. Очень мягко. Очень вкусно. Прямо сама деликатность. Гёз и на нем чуть винности плюс ощутимая бочка. Будто бы чистая, но наверное, ромовая. Шикарный образец! Угостил французиков в баре во славу России!

A unique nose! Do I detect a touch of sweetness? I'm guessing because of the barrels. And probably because they don't use a one year lambic.
