Mmm. Two or three waves of big bracing tartness over the tongue, lively and effervescent mouth. Fruit is full but not too sweet.

lots of raspberry and very little acid. Way too young to drink and we should have let it sit around for 4+ more years...but fuck it, we wanted a cantillon!!
