Aromat takie słabiuttki. Mało dzikości, stajennodci, trochę funky, trochę zboża, siana, minimalnie serowe. Smak cytrynowy, trochę kwaskowy, leciutko serowe, kapkę pomarańczy. Po ogrzaniu ziołowe klimaty. Dość specyficzne.Płaskie,wytrawne.Nie moje klimaty.
