I still do not like sours. This is, as I’ve heard, quintessential and very good. I drank the taster of it and enjoyed the experience. I cannot rate it because it’s just not my thing.

Surprise draft find. Never had Sang Bleu. Gorgeous color and conditioning, but beyond that, l found it pretty one-note and lacking depth/funk behind the fruit character. Acid on draft stayed pretty mellow, but I’d rather have an unfruited classic 3F.

Great vintage of it, honeysuckle+honeyberry notes galore! Coupled w brilliant acidity, bit of good wood barrel, nd the always solid Cantillon funk results in an excellent iteration of this beer. Love how dry yet intricately complex the wine+fruit profile

Tannic berry, subdued oak, deep and jammy fruit character. Not too crazy on the acidity.
