2024.05.27. This was probably the best Cantillon Gueuze I’ve ever had. Perhaps it’s because this was a treat from my friend.

On the palate, the initial taste is very sour, then it slightly mellows as you drink it. The finish evolves as it warms up, revealing smoky notes, then apple, and finally an increasingly pronounced woody flavor. Full Review -> IG @binouse17 : 10/06/2024

Definitely not a fan of the sour taste. First sour taste from a drink I’ve had in awhile though.

Überzeugt mich nicht so, wie ich es sonst von Cantillon gewohnt bin. Braucht man schon Schokolade zu, damit es geschmacklich funktioniert. In der Säure ist so eine etwas anstrengende dumpfe Bitterkeit.
