Klar mörk gyllengul till kopparfärg, vitt pärligt flyktigt skum, stilla bubbel. Doft av jäst, äpplen. Munkänslan är oljigt len, mjuk, fyllig men lätt. Smaken har en pigg syrlig underton, jästigt, någon kärvhet, fruktigt, inslag av kryddigt. Geuze deluxe!

A sour that is also rather white wine like. The dryness is rather white wine kinda dry rather than a hoppy dryness. Certainly has a grapey note. Taste sophisticated.
