Zapach funky, derka, skórzane, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie, ocet, funky, skórzane, derka, no nie wiem, jakoś bardzo przeciętnie, pytanie czy rocznik czy instalacja w KiK.

Very light sour beer, not exactly my style but liking the lambic better than a traditional sour.

So well balanced. Subtle tartness & funk. A light cantaloupe/ pear note; peach. Light oak & acidity; white pepper. Bit of juicy (?), horse blanket that’s been resting on the flank funk. Lingering moreish finish. Forgot the picture, so photo of a taster!

Quite a low acidity, nice funky notes... pretty sure an aged one will be even nicer

Another excellent blend. Woody and corky in the nose, smooth acidity on the tongue similar to white wine and grapes. Suits the sunny weather.
