Really light body, low funk, oaky, dry.. not sure on this bottling, not my favorite.

D:Sept 6, '17 - last had 12/31/21; too long ago. @ 6+ years, still spectacular. Playoff football, flatbread & fire only make it better. Still some light citrus, a cedar note is pretty forward.

Drinking amazing right now. Dry sherry, vinegar, leaves, brett, all the berries, grapefruit. Wheat

Yum. Funk, grapefruit, white grape, fresh green apple. Soft finish

Subtle taste now due to the time in the barrel. Lost some of the tartness but gained and incredible sweet smooth taste
