Who says you have to rough it at the cottage? A barrel of funk nestled alongside dried apples, overripe pear and candied lemon peel. Sunday by the lake can’t get much better

Typical Cantillon brewhouse nose with freshness. Soft carbonation, very mild sourness & bitterness. Round & creamy body.

Perfect. Cuban cigar to accompany it. Balanced, complex and aged well. Friday nights late check in #3.

Tart, bubbly, funky on the nose. One of the best lambics I have ever had!

Many thanks to my wife for sweet talking the guy at the counter into checking the back room for this one. Bitter and tart up front followed by a slightly sweet white oak with a little grapefruit pith in the back of the mouth. Crisp mouth too. Nice.

D:9/16/17 - Merry Xmas to me. Now @ 3yrs 3mos, This shows an aggressive lemon note early. 10 min out of the fridge was too early - let this warm for all of the funky hay and late pepper to really blossom.

A nice way to end the ski season with this and some charcuterie. This 2017 gem was perfectly aged.

Cantillon always serving it up with an extra dose of funk. Tangy cheesy rotten oranges, earth, and horse blanket. A funk sandwich of incredible proportions.

One of my favorite beers of all time and it is always a treat when someone cracks a bottle. This one came off a touch sharp when drank alongside a 16-year-old bottle.
