KBS Spicy Chocolate

Chocolatey but not spicy. The chili pepper comes across like Chipotles. Smokey with chili pepper smells but no heat.

KBS Hazelnut

From earlier with Your Honor: Great hazelnut flavor over the base of KBS. KBS isnt what it was but this was tasty despite KBS’s flaws (thin, no barrel..)

Sweet Repute

Chocolate Cherry KBS

Like Hop D. I expected Black Forest Cake, this was thin, boozy and had a cola taste to it. Meh

From earlier with Your Honor: Thin, boozy but the blueberry popped. Better than expected as I dont like fruited stouts

Floral funk which worked nicely with the chicken

Tart, dry and full of vinous white grape.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2022)

bfln. Tasted and felt like a different beer. Thinner, espresso, no barrel, milky chocolate.

French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022)

Crowd was 50/50 on this. The artificial adjuncts mask the Backwoods base which is tasty in its own right. This was ok if a bit sweet. Much prefer regular backwoods

Much prefer this over the french toast version and moreso over aged versions.

Más Agave Clásica Grapefruit (2022)

bfln. Subtle tequila which is ok by me. Tart & salty grapefruit

Wake Up World Wide Stout

Bitter espresso & subtle maple. Abv is well hidden. 8 to go. Body is definitively thin but this is an old school stout.

Malty and a little sweet but very quaffable nonetheless

bfln. Age paid off. Booze is definitely prominent but the aroma is alluring, and the cherry chocolate cake buried underneath the booze is tasty. Guessing it can age longer even

Funky & puckering sour. Berries come across earthy. Never had a lingonberry so no point of reference

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa

Kind of thin bodied for what it is. Vanilla is non existent & cinnamon overpowers the base

Fudgy with a nice dose of espresso. Think the makinak fudge variant was best

120 Minute IPA (2014)

Bottled 5/9/14. Aged perfection. Mellow booze, easy drinking smooth barleywine

Cuvée Oude Henri

Champagne BA. Very young and funky.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)

Sharp and boozy. Tastes like a strong ale with brown sugar & caramel. Body is on the thinner side for a stout. Very rich port like flavor though

Rosé de Gambrinus (2017)

Dry funky seedy raspberry. Always a treat

World Wide Stout - Bourbon Barrel Aged

Oaky char and dark chocolate. Mellow booze level. Fun to drink
