Better than last year, this is a superb lambic. Not too tart, gorgeous flavour with a slightly dry edge. An almost perfect example of this type of beer.

On draft. Quite muted aroma, but the flavour is nicely fruity without too much acidity. Long finish.

2023. Congrats on your 1st anniversary @Here! Fou' Foune is delicious, full of fresh apricot, peach.

more apricots on the nose than recent batches, funk dominates on the taste though
