Nice mix of fruit on the nose. Great mix of everything on each sip with lingering vanilla. After having so many styles in the past few days, this one is truly unique. Can't say the vanilla adds anything for me though.

the vanilla makes it too much like a pastry sour without going full pastry. not really what i'm looking for in a cantillon? but not a bad beer by any means, just not for me
