Sheesh, last tried the 2006 in 2010. 2012 bottle, bottled 2015. Clear gold. Still still. Mellow funky aroma with autumnal fruit, old lemons. Then a little sourer than suggested with apples, grapefruit, vague stone fruit, gentle wood.

Low carb. Very mild on palate and tame acidity. But as fragrant as can be.

Opened on Christmas. Bottled 19 Jan 2012. How did I miss checking this in. No carbonation. Slightly tart. Very good. I wish this was easier to get because I'd drink Cantillon exclusively if I could

Subtle hibiscus and floral aroma. Pours a light orange hue. Still amazingly has some carbonation after 11 years. Subtly tart up front with hints of stone fruit. A little farmhouse funk on the back end.

12 lambic, 15 bottle to celebrate 5 year wedding anniversary. Grapefruit, lemon, slight bitterness, fairly strong acidity. Very nice.

A lot of mineral quality to it. Library books, humid basement, slight honey ending. Flat as my ass.
