Наверное, последнее из Игорёхиного гостиница. По порядку, но не по значению. Нежный на вкус, и уксуса меньше, чем можно ожидать.

Beer seems aged beyond its prime. Even still, delightful notes of vine & fruit.

Excesiva nota a tinto. Intensidad sin matices. Tralla en boca y poco más. Ruda. NO.

Pours burgundy with a tall lavender head. Nose is blueberry, sour, and very (and roughly) funky. Here at jammy blueberry on the tongue, along with rough Brettlike funk followed by a huge bitterness. And woody. Not at all the sour quality of other Spontans

Very dry and tart. I wouldn't say sour though. A bit fruity, but not as heavy as some.
