Pours burgundy with a tall lavender head. Nose is blueberry, sour, and very (and roughly) funky. Here at jammy blueberry on the tongue, along with rough Brettlike funk followed by a huge bitterness. And woody. Not at all the sour quality of other Spontans

Very dry and tart. I wouldn't say sour though. A bit fruity, but not as heavy as some.

Вкусно. Опасался, что будет слишком уксусно, но норм, почти не кисло. Черника чувствуется, сельхоз приколы только в аромате, во вкусе нет. Не сказать, что прям как-то солидно и глубоко, просто хорошо и добротно
