Raspberry flavoured wine. Leaves a jam-like aftertaste - similar to a Polish compote.

Probably the strongest "Lambiek" I've had in my life, that's when you know when foreigners brewed it. A sour raspberry delight with an outspoken woody barrel aged flavour. The finish is still sour and quite dry. My stomach is suffering though...
