Bad Seed is getting so much better these days. More than happy with this one.

CD 16/4-25 Expected a little more from this given Bad Seeds track record as of late. Uninspiring, bland and quite watery. Very beautiful clarity though!

CD 5/9-23 Still loads of hoppy expressions and super bitter. Refreshing and bright crispy boi.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2013) Winter
Still loads of fruityness but a hint of earthy finish makes me prefer 2014 and 2016.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2016) Winter
Funky and dusty. Barnyard, hay and grain. Nice!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2013) Winter
Left one. Earthy funk, huge complexity, still great tartness and draws so much mouthwater. Damn!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Winter
Right one. Still fairly fresh, thirst quenching, some funk, tart and terribly drinkable.

Frederiksdal Oude Kriek Foeder Finish Winter
Funk, tart cherries and lots of carbonation. It's great and refreshing.

Roasty coffee, bourbon barrels, super thin. Still enjoyable though.

Fantastic as ever. Even their most basic gueuze is top quality. Bottled 26 september 2022.

Fizzy, dissipates quickly. Slightly sour, artificial pineapple. Boozy and sweet.

LCI Fantastic in it's simplicity. Funky barnyard, hay and a nice maltyness and hoppyness.
Boozy, warming bourbon barrel. Lacks some balance but the coffee is very well blended with the sweet malt roast.

LCI Leftover from MBCC 2023 beer walk. Still absolutely terrible. Thin, no spice, extremely lacking in flavour.

Frederiksdal Oude Kriek Foeder Finish Winter
MBCC 2023 gold ticket bottle. Cherries, tartness, bit of funk and some bitterness. Honestly not too bad.

LCI 3rd of May. MBCC Beerwalk. Very boring and anonymous stout. No chili found.

Beer Geek Vanilla Shake (Whiskey Barrel Aged 2019) Winter
Lots of barrel, coffee and then some more barrel.
Bit too sweet, not enough citrus/grape and bitterness isn't quite there. Otherwise good.

Hasn't changed much since 2020. Still incredibly vinous and barrel heavy. Sweet, spicy and just a lot to take in.

Great to calm your nerves. Malty, roasted coffee. Bit more boring than I remember.
Great aroma. Smells like Christmas. Flavour is bland and anonymous.

13.1°C Roasty malt, light coffee and mild vanilla. Well hidden alcohol, very low carbonation. Quite a good stout for around DKK 50.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2022) Winter
Tart, funky and sharp cherries. Bottled in May/22 so it comes off a bit too young.

Good hazelnut and coffee aroma. Thick, velvety, roasty. Lacking some hazelnut in flavour.

Santa’s Secret: Mochaccino Messiah Double Shot Winter
Coffee forward and easy drinking brown ale. Very good, would definitely drink again.

Mouthwatering, apricot, astringent and just sublime. Still fresh tasting for the vintage.

Too much like traditional mead but the aroma is fucking crazy good.

4.30 Bottled Nov 21, so still fairly young. Super sharp acidity with a very delicate raspberry sweetness. Good, dry finish with a bit of oak in the back. Lovely.

LCI Forgot to check this in yesterday. Absolutely smashing. Tastes nothing like it looks! Expected something watery and flavourless but it was crisp with a strong hoppyness and bitterness.
Thin, almost creamy body, fruity hoppyness, much sweetness.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2021) Winter
Velvety soft carbonation like champagne. Tart cherries and the funk is just spot on.

10°C Revisiting this a year later. Getting mostly sharp bourbon. Chocolate, coffee and vanilla is much less pronounced now. Very strong, boozy and roasty.

More than ok porter. Vanilla, maple and bourbon is present in a mild manner. Very subtle barrel aging and feels a bit diluted. Very enjoyable.

10.3°C Boozy, big boy chocolate milk. Mild bourbon notes, heavy on the alcohol. Lots of vanilla smitten, rich chocolate that comes off a bit harsh with the booze. Expected more coming from a contract brew for To Øl City, Svinninge.

Goliat Bourbon Barrel Aged (2020) Winter
13°C This has aged extremely well. Full, fat body loaded with roasty and bitter coffee. It's sweet from the bourbon, which is plentiful here, and barrels which adds beautifully to the smooth drinking experience.
Roasty, toasty and full of coffee beans. Barrel takes the back.

Hazy and sweet NETIPA. Really juicy and very sweet. Drowns out the hops a bit which is a shame because there's a nice, grassy afterburn of alcohol and hops that's hard to appreciate because of the sweetness. One for the jooze heads.

BBE June From the Advent calendar. I've never let one of these age until close to their BBD. It turns dark and fairly malty. Gone are the hops and you're left with something really sweet and resinous. Drink fresh. Always.

Really enjoyable witbier. Aroma reveals orange peel and the typical estery banana scent from wheat beers. The body is full and has a great flavour of subtle hops and the classic combination of cloves and coriander works well.
