Mikkeller-kalenteri # 6: Tummat kirsikat eniten maussa ja tuoksussa. Ei niin hapan tai täyteläinen kuin Spontancherry. Vähän liian ohut maku kyllä, vaikkei b.weisset nyt mitään tuhteja tapaa ollakaan.

#Advent day 6. Tidy enough… aroma hints more at the beer than the fruit, but pours a rich cerise with a thick creamy head. Fruit is certainly present; tartness and mild acidity make this an easy-drinking wee number

Mikkeller advent #6 Not generally a sour fan but this is tart cherryade good body not too thin. Nice.

#6thwindow. Hallo, lecker Kirsche im Glas. Da hat der Nikolaus aber was leckeres mitgebracht. Reife Sauerkische, fruchtig, saftig, spritzige Säure. Trocken liegt's mit einer Prise Funk auf der Zunge. Lecker Weisse, könnte dabei gar noch saurer sein

Another cherry sour from the Mikkeller calendar, this time a berliner. It was pretty enjoyable, but it lacked anything really standout.

Adventslucka nr6, Mikkeller 2020, tappning 2019. Surare än Fredriksdal 2020 och inte alla lika fyllig. Syrlig med smak av körsbär, lingon & vinbär

Berliner Weisse with Danish Frederiksdal cherries. The refreshing taste of sour cherries explodes in your mouth, with a beautiful tart/acidic finish - one of the best beers I have ever tasted!

Aroma is cherry and a bit tart. Taste is fresh and sour cherries. Finish is sour and a very laidback bitterness.
