En utrolig vinøs øl, som virkelig smager igennem af Nelson Sauvin, som frembringer smagen af druer. Dette bliver yderligere forstærket af lagring på hvidvins fade. Resultatet er en godt nedgæret og tør nydelse.

Lekker zuurtje, smaak van de druif komt mooi uit, maar de nasmaak is wat wennen (druivepit?).

I was expecting something bone-dry, and it didn’t deliver on that aspect. However, what we have instead is a sour but not acidic, fragrant and aromatic excellent… something.

Not much flavor. Dry. Some caramel, like a light Belgian. Not good
