What a thrill to find this gem again. Nelson sauvin hops at their best, most stone fruit laden and vinous. Add pronounced wine barrel notes and a somewhat soapy body reminiscent of a "super saison" and you've got a (this) real hit

Bready, Bretty nose. But actually it's kinda amazing. Red apple skin, funk, wood, wine, vanilla... Quite an experience. Finishes a bit schlocky and woody.

Wild nelson rocks. Melon, white grape and some light funk on a soft tart base. The champagne yeast gives a long dry finish, slightly bitter from the hops

Big and present bevvy! Musty, sherbetty, citrusy and dry on the palate. This would be a great beer to accompany some seafood.

W aromacie funk, kurzowo-owocowy, sporo cytrusów, owocki, brzoskwinie, winogrona, drewno, w smaku herbatniki, owocki, drewno, wanilia, lekki ocet, wytrawne, co ciekawe jak ocet u mnie dyskwalifikuje dzikusy, to tu nawet gra z tym drewnem i owocami ;)

Not my usual beer. Dry floral kombucha, with some smokey woody notes that give flavor and body. Sour, tart. Really interesting.
