2020 bottling. Smells incredible. It is exceptionally dry; the Champagne influence is everything you might expect. However, the flavour remaining isn't punchy enough to push through what is rather overwhelming dryness. May get another to lay down đź‘Ś

Groene appel, citrus zest, funk, hoostal, vineus (witte wijn), lichte tannines, mals zuur, veel bitter. Heb betere Boontjes gehad

Hele fijne oude cuvee lambiek. Mooi de toets van het champagnevat. Droog. Zurig. Fris. Funky. Prettig zoetje. Maar met zo'n naam kon het ook niet fout gaan. Bedankt Ron v.

Champagne barrel comes in nicely but beer complexity is pretty muted. Will check it out in a few years to see if any funk develops.

Very refreshing . Refreshing/white/light sour, with perfect balance , and nice mouthfeel . Best of all - only the best notes from casks and yeast. Pleasure pleasure pleasure.

Sweet grainy malt, vinous, citrusy, and apricot aromas with mild funkiness. Floral and fruity... Smooth mouthfeel. Lightly bodied. Dry apricot and grape flavors. Mildly sour. Effervescent. Short and dry finish.
