Mikkeller beer club October 1/9. Dry, hints of oak, tart, less sweet than typical gueze, Smells like fermenting wine, beautiful cloudy golden color. Nice variant of Belgian Gueze by adding wine barrels to the aging process.

Does not have much going on eh? It had a bitter, bit vinous, it has a sour but not much dept. I really wanted to like it.

Yllättävän kesy lambiciksi. Selviää vähemmällä närästyksellä. Skumppamainen

Nieco tępy przez tę beczkę się zrobi. Nie jest to najszlachetniejszy lambik, ale wciąż bardzo przyjemny i coś tak w sobie ma. 7/10

Dry, light, barnyard funk and lovely carb. Lacking a little depth but decent a gueuze.

Very Champagny. Way to wrap up this Christmas. And though I hope the smell just fades; It does not go but leads to raids on; Bamboo huts in country glades; Where the people use the grass for blades, ain't that something.

White wine, oak and mild cheese aroma; metal too. Gooseberries, funk, minerals and some soil. Medium body, light tart and sweet, high carbonation. Drying metallic vinous finish. Refreshing.

Really taste like a strange mix of a lambic + saison and a bit of dry white wine. I'm not sure what to think of this one, but it was interesting at least.
