Light struck aroma. Cheesy, asphalt, lemon and cracker flavors with a musty/dusty funk. Overall, complex and interesting. Makes you want to take another sip. Super dry, even lightly bitter finish.

Twilight of the holiday, so treating myself to this Belgian-Danish collab. Careful pour off of sediment, but a lovely dry sour taste

Wow, the cork nearly took my eye out! Geuze with a champagne influence. Works pretty well. Spicy, white wine, yeasty, Brett. Nothing overpowers though.
