2020 bottling. Smells incredible. It is exceptionally dry; the Champagne influence is everything you might expect. However, the flavour remaining isn't punchy enough to push through what is rather overwhelming dryness. May get another to lay down 👌

Hele fijne oude cuvee lambiek. Mooi de toets van het champagnevat. Droog. Zurig. Fris. Funky. Prettig zoetje. Maar met zo'n naam kon het ook niet fout gaan. Bedankt Ron v.

Nice bitterness, and the 6 month storage have been good for the acids.

Acidic and vinous-like Lambic Gueuze. Super bubbly with an opaque orange color. Very fresh and fruity up-front with a tiny bitter aftertaste. Good not great for its style but being a Gueuze gives it extra points.

Really enjoying this. Lemon and grapefruit, champagne and oak, a touch of white pepper, good dry tannic finish.
