That is tartttt. It's like a tartness that comes from a lemon, but it's suuuuper tart. I really like that. Also lemony and fun.

Lambic style sour with notes of lime and bitter lemon. It has some softness and just a bit of sweetness that balances it quite well.

Nose has sour citrus - like some cleaning liquids 😊. Taste is quite sour, sour citrus/lime and some tartness. Slightly simple, but still very nice lambic style beer.

Tart and acidic, it has a strong dose of lime juice and lemon peel. Mildly floral finish.
