Vesi herahtaa kielelle! Mukava happamuus, ei kuitenkaan hammaskiillettä tuhoavassa mittakaavassa. Kirsikkaa runsaasti. Mukavaa pientä kuplaa. Joulukalenterin jäämistöä.

Smells like wine, tastes like sweet cherry. Sweet, but soured. Really great. I woulda had more but felt it a better fit as a ‘dessert’ or after dinner drink.

Tasty. Kneiter veel kersen, maar mist een beetje een typische geuze stalsmaak funk. Koolzuur mocht ook wel wat meer, maar erg nice verder! 4-

Strong cherry like aroma with vinegar, herb, spice, botanic, etc… Strong tartness, medium sweetness, mild or hint of bitterness, very low levels of astringency (tannin?). Strong carbonation, medium body. Great!

A second vintage of the same beer. Its not as spiced. Less barrel influence and stronger fruit in this one. Not sure which i prefer more. Both good!

Not as sour as i expected (which is good for my tastes). You can feel its quality to its taste and aroma. Very good! 3,85!

75 dager siden førre besøk på Melkebaren 😮 150-kronersflagget bak, og 99-kronersøl foran 🍺 (kirse)Bærete, lette, friske, sure, crisp. Vinøse i stil og ittesmag(?), men ikkje fullt så fyldige. Kulturmelk-ish i avslutningå. Gode, men litt snodige. 8,1%
