Loads of cherries, quite tart, sour. Very pleasant.

Beautiful color. Unripe cherries, cherry pits and red wine tannins. Very dry. I am not a fan of the spontan series in general but this is the best one of the bunch. I could see this one pair very well with some foods.

That's a special one. Beautiful pitch black color, lighter foam. Some acetic smell, even a bit of lemon. Some of that herbal feeling. Cacao. Some leathery black cherries in the background. Thin and astringent af. Intense tho. Let it breath, let it age.

The nose is the best part. Besides the intense sour cherry aromas, there is an uncanny cherry flavoured oaked, young red wine component. The body is very thin. A fruity and tart edge first displays, and then lets linger, a bitter almond taste from pits.

Stunning cherry beer, huge cherries, weighty alcohol, smooth and has a deep depth of flavour. Dry and sour finish. Outstanding

Kunnon kirsikka, ei mikään esanssi (mikä voi olla hyvä sekin), vaan hapan ja täyteläinen. Vähän mehuisa aluks mut sit asia korjaantuu.

Pretty good. Sourness well balanced, cherries are fresh and ripe tasting, and there is a little bit of almond flavour - sort of like a Bakewell tart. However, the acidity is too high right now, but maybe it will mellow with time?
