Sweet sour and tart. Akin to Champagne more than beer to me but there is a trailing beer taste nonetheless. Really good

LCI- Holy F’in Shitballs. Aged beautifuly, tart, smidge of sweet at times, grape juice and loads of stone fruit.

I guess age has taken a little toll, though in no bad way. A quite Sherry vinosity dominates together with a tart light fruitness, fine sweet lemon notes, a little grape presence and a nice dry finish. Fine balance.
