Plum upfront followed by grapefruit-like citrus bitterness and an acidic, funky tail. Not my favourite spontan but excellent.

Cloudy orange/pink pour with thin head. Aged for 2 years, probably made it less tart. Still sour but also some sweet plums

Not much plum and just not vibing with the sour funk from the yeasts in this. Disappointing given that I have really enjoyed the other Mikkeller spontan beers I’ve tried.

Big ol plum aroma. Not so much on the taste. More bitter

Good acidity, extra bitterness by lactic acid. Structured mouthfeel, sour nose. Not for everybody but for me.

Fint glas øl, men mangler lidt på den søde frugt, bliver lidt surt bare for at være det.

Die Pflaumen sieht man, wenn man das Glas anschaut. Der Antrunk ist sauer/fruchtig. Aber 17,99, nein, nein, nein ... das muss nicht sein (und fließt in die Bewertung mit ein). Da gibt es Fruit-Sours für 4 oder 5 €, die WESENTLICH mehr Spaß machen!

Säure und Kohlensäure sind mir zu dominant. Die Pflaume schmecke ich nur mit ganz viel Phantasie und gutem Willen. Enttäuschend. Erst recht bei dem Preis.

Die Pflaume schlägt sich immer noch wacker, aber der Holzwurm schlägt zu. Korkiger Funk, feine Fruchtrestsüße und Puffreis-Allüren
