Plum is sweet in the initial flavour but the sour heads towards a vinegary flavour. It’s okay but not great.

Yellow plum, not purple. Dry like a Boltonian moustache.

Good acidity, extra bitterness by lactic acid. Structured mouthfeel, sour nose. Not for everybody but for me.

The fruit is lovely, and the sourness is very present but not to much. Could use a slight bit more funk.

Sanft fruchtig in der Nase, angenehm Sauer im Antrunk und geschmeidig im Abgang. Ein feines Sauerbier zu Fleischbouletten mit einer leicht süsslichen braunen Sauce und Rotkraut

Dojebane fenolem, śliwka raczej chowa się w tle. Niezbyt złożone, mocno wytrawny finisz, Mikkeller miewał lepsiejsze dzikusy.
