Siebe

Bottled 1000 days after May 2013. Smells awesome but tastes less strong. Full, dried dates and raisins, some caramel. Smooth and sweet aromas from the sauternes. Very nice sourness too, wich makes this beer quite funky. A unique experience. 4++

Rijke gelaagde geuren van eiken, rozijnen, boter, bossig en melk chocolade. Wat chocolade, hout, eiken en vanille gecombineerd met een aangenaam zuurtje in de smaak. Droge, iets wrange afdronk. Redelijk lange tijd nagerijpt in de kast.
