Hans-Jørgen Martinus Vork Rosenwein
Coffee, vanilla and maple syrup on the aroma. The flavour has creaminess from the oats and lactose and the coffee bitterness keeps the maple and vanilla sweetness at bay, maybe a bit too much. I would have liked more sweetness in this beer.

Thick, decadent, rich AF. Solid beer that ticked all the boxes I look for in a pastry. Bit heavy on the maple though. Bit syrupy.

Really (too?) strong on the maple. You can't really taste the vanilla. Bitter roasted coffee aftertaste.

I've been very up and down on this. Seemed like fenugreek as a maple substitute early, then got some sweet maple, then got a bit herbal again.. zero booze, drinkability is mixed. Pretty good, but not great. Old(er) can

Mediciney with sharp roasty coffee, the sweets are there but this is surprisingly drinkable in different temperatures. Whoever likes stout dark THICC shit will love this! Great for warming up in the winter?

Ein leckeres Stout. Kaffee mit einem klar nussigen Abgang. Die Vanille war bei mir nicht sehr präsent und am Ende fehlte der letzte Kick. Werde dem Ganzen aber definitiv eine zweite Chance geben.

Very sweet. Definitely vanilla and maple, and it’s got the strength of a barrel-aged beer. I drank this beer during a 5-day power-outage, and it made me feel better.
