Pours a dull light copper colour with light haziness, a decent head and persistent lacing. The taste of a fine vinaigrette, which takes the taste buds on a journey to discover the other facets of the hop that could be missed in a more palatable beer!

Very tart & funky yeast aromas. Bitter tart fruit, drying grape skin texture. Classic WCIPA hop centennial bringing pithy resinous citrusy pine. A twisted take on lambic & I like it 😋 🍻 🇩🇰 Brewed 🇧🇪

Very tart, vinous, interesting almost slightly cheesy finish but not in a bad way if that's possible!

Opened this with no expectations but it’s excellent! More sour than hop (past its BBD so perhaps some hop fade) but very drinkable indeed

A similar character to the other spontan beers in the series. A nice sour, hoppy beer.

Nicht unbedingt mein liebster Bierstil, aber das ist ganz gut. Nur leicht sauer mit einer teigig-kuchigen Note

En lille smule syrlig, men meget mere karakteristisk i duft end i smag. En fin humle smag, sammen med en tør eftersmag. Ret let drikkelig
