Awesome Xmas gift from Lady Pamela. Many ingredients working in total harmony. Semi-roasty, touch of licorice in the finish. Smoooooth. Pro tip: it’s not just for breakfast.

Oatmeal stout with coffee. Quite light in body and mouth compared to other Mikkeler products from the series. Some lingering hoppiness and nice velvet tongue. Still nice pairing with chocolate.

Feels stronger than 7.5 ABV yet that smooth coffee with all on top of oatmeal base is delicious combo.

Had years ago, an older bottle from wherever he was brewing in Europe at the time. Meh. This 4 month old can from San Diego is delicious. Rich coffee flavors over complex malts, creamy mouthfeel, no off notes.
