Intense roasty aroma. Initial strong harsh burnt malts, coffee, rounds to being smooth but still retains a harsh bitter aftertaste. I'm shocked I don't like this more, but it's a very harsh stout and doesn't meet what you expect from a breakfast stout.

Great bulky malt for only a 7+%. Had a great toast to it. Not a lot of coffee.

Solid god øl, men smagte bedre for en del år siden. Men man kan altid drikke denne, men for prisen kan jeg finde bedre efterhånden.

Grabbed this at a grocery store that had been open for 9 days and apparently the canning date is early December. Sigh. Always check the dates.

Gęste, lepkie, w aromacie czekoladowo-kawowe z lekką goryczką i delikatną kwaskowością. W sam raz na piknik w towarzystwie brownie.

Nice head. roasty with espresso notes and good fullness. Coffee forward.

Pretty note-less on nitro. Has the coffee/chocolate though.

it's fine, I think I was expecting... more exciting. aka better. I did have it too cold so partially my fault, but still, quite a standard strong-ish stout with mild coffee flavours
