Apricot, a little bitterness. Some funk. Leans on the dry side.

It’s alive alright! Was a massive gusher upon cracking the bottle even the smallest of amounts. Lost about half a bottle. Once it settled down it was actually pretty decent, but it was a mess to clean up first.

A clear red/brown colored beer, with a white head. The aroma of some sour dough with fruits. The taste of fruits like apricot with some vanilla. There is a nice bitter. The aftertaste is dry, sweet with some bitter and winery.

Bottle from 2012? That was on cap. Awesome sour and white winey aroma. So smooth with nice carbonation, white winey, nutty taste with some farmhousey and dried fruit notes. Some spiciness in the end. Only little bit sour. 4.2

Sour, yeasty, malty. Slightly grainy mouthfeel. Tangy, lemony.
