This one’s been sitting in my beer “cellar” for 6 years. Time to open as celebration. Lovely complex white vinous lambic. Tart, woody, semi-dry and fruity. Great for aging. 4.6

Grenanche Blanc 2023 Rajamäki

Apples, sweet’ish stone fruits, vinous. I like this bit stronger ABV. 4.2

Classic Gueuze (2023) Rajamäki

Grapes, woody, acidic, rart abd elegant AF. 4.3

Doublebock Frederiksdal Cherries Rajamäki

Cherries, toffee and malts in aroma. Lovely sour cherries rules the palate. There’s some malts abd caramel in the end. Hard to guess the style. Thin, sharp and strong. Quite good anyway. 3.8

Hop Shop Rajamäki

Light and sessionable (stupid word.) Melon and citrus. Some pineapple in the end. 3.6

Riesling People Rajamäki

Tastes really fresh. Juicy, dank and fresh tropic fruity hops all the way. I wished more riesling grapes here. Nevertheless really tasty. 3.7

5 years ago I claimed this as one of the best non-alc beers. Today it’s only average. Sweet and malty with fruity hops.

Light’ish and crisp lager. Goes well in sauna. Actually really light but not watery. Lots of fruitiness.

Bottle from 2012? That was on cap. Awesome sour and white winey aroma. So smooth with nice carbonation, white winey, nutty taste with some farmhousey and dried fruit notes. Some spiciness in the end. Only little bit sour. 4.2
