🇩🇰 Wild Ale aged in Chardonnay barrels. S: Kruidig, iets zoetig, witte (desert) wijn, bittertje, gist, wat hoppig. Mooie smaken bij elkaar!

What a beauty! Very well balanced Brut IPA with a nicely integrated mix of the typical wine-like Nelson Sauvin hop, Chardonnay barrel and champagne yeast. Oak on the aroma. Dry finish.

Elegant combination of flavors between a champagne and beer. Full champagne and oak/barrel on the nose, deep caramel colour and taste combined with a sweet malty flavor. Little hop. Almost a dry beer, pleasant in its bitterness. So yes elegant :)

Crisp, dry, vinous, bitter, woody. Far better than any actual white wine!

Champagne in a glass. Dry hopped with Nelson which adds to the wine and stone fruit flavour

Very nice aroma has chardonnay notes, some yeast and farmhouse notes. White wine, farmhouse, dry end. Nice and different. First taste is saison style but end is like champagne.
