Lambiek is toch wel echt anders dan een fruitige sour of gose. Deze is wel goed, beetje rokerige appelcider vibes.

Aroma of overripe bananas left in plastic bag, splash of apple vinegar and hint of sour fruit. Sour and tart seabuckthorn in the taste, lemon juice, dry white wine. Long, sour and fruity finish. Overall light, but nose is a bit off.
