This series is nice, interesting iteration with a not so common false fruit cynorrhodon, subtle, slightly sour, light tartness, floral, oakey side, pretty easy to drink 👍 Almost 4y / Bottled 21.09.17

Perhaps a bit too tart, at least compared to the hibiscus one. Although the rosehip flavor is nicer than hibiscus.

Some age to this. An unusual thing. Cider vinegar edge to the nose. Quite full bodied. Rosey dishwater look. Almost balsamic sweetness balances vinegar with something a bit fruity in the middle. Finishes medium dry with a bitter edge.

Lækker, men slutter med lidt skarp bitterhed som når man kommer for langt ind i appelsinskal, som trækker lidt ned.

Piwo degustacyjne. Kolor herbaty, praktycznie bez piany. Aromat kwaśny, dziki (stajnia, sianko) z dodatkiem drewna na koniec. Smak kwaśny, lekko dziki, czerwone porzeczki, cytryna. Brak w ogóle róży. Finish tępy i drewniany. Goryczki brak, nasyc. średnie.

Rosehip syrup from the childhood with a grown up twist. Mellow, with bitter aftertaste. Oaky finish. Nice.

Not the best in the series for sure. Slightly tart with no real sourness, rose hip isn’t very pronounced, which is disappointing since it sounded really interesting. The entire flavor profile is a bit flat, aside from a unpleasant bitterness. Tasty though
