De nuevo bastante abrumador el alcohol , una cheve para compartir totalmente

Fuck, idk. Licorosa a madres, bien pinche dulce, ligeramente a soya, no sé cuánto tiempo lleve pero un trago me fue suficiente.

Holy shit. This is immense. Thick. Treacly. Sweet. Black.

Boozy. Slightly sour, or perhaps astringent. Hard to tell. I don't love it, but it's pretty darn good.

Purchased in Tempe, AZ in 2017. Bottled 11 Feb 2016. Perfect name for this beer. Sweet, dark, tobacco, currants, anise, black coffee, alcohol warmth all the way down. Soft mouthfeel. A big RIS.

It’s like drinking chocolate tar. That’s the limit for me.

This may be 7 years old...anise leading into briny sweet smokiness, thanks Mike M.

Sweet Mother Mary. Super hot, but way more balanced than some. Glorious.

Doesn’t taste 18% but legs are already feeling it. Sweetness cuts through the strength

Hmmm. I really wanted to like this and it certainly isn't the worst impy stout I've ever had ... but I found it quite 'short', in that there just isn't the depth and complexity that I would have expected from a high ABV stout. A bit disappointing, tbh.

Fan-fucking-tastic 15% super dark imperial stout. Remarkably, not boozy or overly sweet. Balanced, burnt graham crackers, dark chocolate

Skummet var godast. Jag associerar till äpple och soya. I övrigt sött och beskt. Sängfösare. Perfekt onsdagsöl 😂👌

Had this before in my pre Untappd days. It’s advertised as a ‘huge stout’ here and my God it’s true. It’s also good, but definitely a sipper.

It's strong and complex, but i guess I'm not too drunk to enjoy it fully. Also the aftertaste is killing me.

Aged 7yrs. I'm sure the alcohol mellowed but too much ashy taste

It's 18% and is still the best; luxury. The Crow, Sheffield yesterday
